This notice describes data processing on ilion.info. The site does not use Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare or advertising cookies.

Data processed
The form collects name, optional company, email, optional domain, requested service and message. Do not submit passwords, keys or unnecessary personal data. To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores non-reversible hashes of the IP address, email and session, together with attempt times.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to verify the email address, answer, prepare a proposal or take requested pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is consent and, when a quote is requested, pre-contractual measures.
Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by Ilion Web Solutions and technical providers required for hosting and email. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. We do not sell form data or use it for advertising.
Retention
Before email confirmation, the enquiry remains encrypted on the server and is automatically deleted within 60 minutes. Confirmed enquiries that do not become a business relationship are reviewed and deleted within 12 months. Contract and tax records follow statutory periods. Anti-abuse data expires according to windows from one to 24 hours.
